Bookings & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date with Fleur de Rin. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

Full payment must be received no later than 2 months prior to the event date. Failure to settle the balance by this time may result in the booking being cancelled, with the deposit retained.

Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and no obligation. Attending a consultation does not commit you to booking Fleur de Rin, nor does it reserve your event date.

Proposals & Design

For all portfolio items under The Collections - including the Founder’s Collection - Fleur de Rin will provide a design proposal and mood board following consultation. These are created to reflect your vision, chosen collection, and seasonal availability.

The Founder’s Collection is a limited and evolving offering and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Availability is subject to change.

The Edits (Intimate Weddings)

Florals provided under The Edits do not include on-site set-up or styling.

Delivery may be offered at Fleur de Rin’s discretion, on a local, case-by-case basis, and will incur an additional charge. Where delivery is not available, collection details will be agreed in advance.

Any additional floral items added to an Edit (such as table arrangements or styling pieces) are supplied with the client bearing responsibility once collected/delivered.

Set-Up & Installation

Set-up and installation are included only where explicitly stated in your proposal or contract.

Placement and positioning of installations (including stair florals, plinth arrangements, meadows, or feature pieces) is subject to venue approval, access, and restrictions. Final positioning will always follow venue guidelines to ensure safety and suitability.

Fleur de Rin cannot guarantee the placement of installations in specific locations if restricted by the venue, but will always advise on suitable alternatives to achieve the most beautiful result possible.

Contract & Confirmation

Once your proposal and quote are finalised, you will be issued a contract confirming:

Selected florals and services
Pricing and payment schedule
Event date and venue
Agreement to these Terms & Conditions

Your booking is only fully confirmed once the signed contract and deposit have been received.

Changes & Amendments

Minor design adjustments may be possible up to an agreed point before your event, subject to availability. Significant changes may not be possible.

Final floral selections may vary slightly due to seasonality, supplier availability, or natural variation, but the overall style, colour palette, and quality will always be maintained.

All floral designs are created using fresh, seasonal flowers. While specific flower varieties cannot always be guaranteed, Fleur de Rin will select the closest available alternatives that align with your chosen colour palette, style, and overall vision.

Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and quality, ensuring the integrity and aesthetic of your design is maintained at all times.

Cancellations

The 25% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

If full payment has been made and the booking is cancelled:

Cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 2 months of the event date will not be eligible for any refund.

Hire Items & Returns (if applicable)

Any hired items (such as vessels, stands, or structures) remain the property of Fleur de Rin at all times. There is a refundable hire charge for any items hired for the day. This amount will be refunded back to you upon return of the hired items, less cost of any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Clients are responsible for hired items from the point of delivery or set-up until return. Loss or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear may be charged accordingly.

Force Majeure

Fleur de Rin cannot be held liable for delays, changes, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, supplier failure, transport disruption, or venue restrictions. In such circumstances, every effort will be made to deliver the best possible outcome.

Photography & Usage Rights

Fleur de Rin reserves the right to photograph and film floral designs created for your event and to use these images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
No identifying personal details will be shared without consent.

Liability

Fleur de Rin cannot be held responsible for issues arising from venue limitations, access restrictions, third-party suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control. All work is carried out with care and professionalism to ensure the highest possible standard.
