Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes - consultations are complimentary and no obligation. They’re a chance to talk through your plans, explore ideas, and see whether Fleur de Rin is the right fit for your day.
How do I secure my wedding date?
A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. This amount will be deducted from the final balance. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and your contract/proposal has been signed.
When is full payment due?
The remaining balance is due no later than 1 month prior to your event date.
What is the difference between Bespoke Wedding Florals and The Edits?
Bespoke Florals offer a more comprehensive, design-led floral experience and include a tailored proposal following consultation.
The Edits are designed for smaller or more intimate weddings, offering a curated selection within a set price range, while still allowing flexibility in your choices.
Do The Edits include set-up or delivery?
The Edits are designed for intimate weddings and include selected floral pieces without on-site set-up.
Delivery may be offered at Fleur de Rin’s discretion on a local, case-by-case basis and may incur an additional charge. Where delivery is not available, collection details will be arranged in advance.
Can I add extra items to an Edit?
Yes - additional floral pieces can be added at an additional cost. Please note that added items are supplied ready to be set-up by you or someone you trust.
Can I request specific flowers?
You’re welcome to share any floral preferences. All designs use seasonal flowers, and while specific varieties cannot always be guaranteed, we will always select the closest suitable alternatives of equal or greater value and quality to maintain your chosen style.
Pricing & Adjustments:
As flowers are a seasonal product subject to market fluctuations, final pricing for weddings booked more than 12 months in advance will be confirmed closer to the date. Any increase due to wholesale market changes will be capped at a maximum of 15%.
Final quantities and design details must be confirmed 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. After this point, reductions cannot be made to the overall order value. Additions may be accommodated subject to availability.
Will I receive a proposal or mood board?
For all bookings under the Bespoke Wedding Florals, you’ll receive a tailored proposal following your consultation.
Who decides where installations are placed?
Installation placement is subject to venue approval and restrictions. Final positioning will always follow venue guidelines to ensure safety and suitability, and we’ll advise on the best options for your space.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the booking fee.
Cancellations made within 2 months of the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Do you travel outside your local area?
Travel availability depends on the scale and nature of the booking. This will always be discussed during your consultation.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. I believe in clear, upfront pricing. Your quote will outline everything included, with no hidden fees. Any additional costs will only ever be applied with your prior approval.
