Your wedding week - Preparation and creation

The big day!

Afterwards

The remaining balance is due 1-2 months before your event. I source everything we need for your special day, including any vessels, stands, or anything else we may need to make your vision come to life. As your wedding approaches, we’ll finalise designs, confirm logistics and ensure every detail feels aligned and intentional. You’ll feel fully supported, with everything thoughtfully considered ahead of the day.

Your flowers are thoughtfully prepared and created using the finest blooms, ready for your wedding day. I give you a quick update on how things are going, ensuring open communication and hopefully less stress for you! In this week I will be conditioning and preparing your florals, designing and creating your bespoke pieces as close to your day as possible, to ensure the freshest blooms. Each design is created with care, movement and with your vision in mind.

On the day, everything is carefully delivered and styled on-site, ensuring your floral designs are placed to perfection. Your vision is brought to life as I deliver your dream flowers to you and your venue. We will have discussed what and who will be involved in moving any pieces should you wish to repurpose any pieces for the day, so you can simply arrive and take it all in, knowing everything is exactly as it should be.

We will have discussed what you'd like to do with the florals afterwards. Larger pieces, hired vessels, and any structures will be taken down by myself and my team, so there's less stress for you.

Your Floral Proposal

Begin by sharing your plans, ideas and vision. From here, I’ll confirm availability and arrange a consultation to explore your wedding flowers in more detail. You don’t need to have everything figured out - a few ideas or even just a feeling is more than enough to start.

A relaxed chat to talk through your ideas, style, and what you’re looking for. I welcome (and encourage!) inspiration pictures, your mood boards, anything to portray your vision. We’ll discuss your wedding style, colour palette and overall aesthetic, shaping a floral design that feels cohesive, personal and beautifully considered. This is a relaxed, collaborative conversation where your ideas are refined and brought to life with thoughtful guidance.

Following our consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining your wedding flowers, design details and investment. Everything is clearly presented so you can feel confident in both the design and what to expect.

This 25% non- refundable booking fee secures your date in my diary and ensures availability. Once you’re happy to proceed, your date is secured with a booking fee. From here, your wedding flowers are officially in motion. You are welcome to make any changes up until ~1-2 months before your event. Dates are limited each season, so early enquiries are always recommended.

If I haven't been to your venue previously, I will organise a venue visit with plenty of time for changes.

Can we make changes after booking?
Yes - your designs are refined as your plans evolve. Changes are welcome up until ~1-2 months before your wedding.
